Jim Goyjer has been a public relations and marketing professional for nearly 30 years. Mr. Goyjer has extensive experience in business development and corporate management. His professional background also includes working as an supervising account executive for Carl Terzian & Associates, one of most respected independent PR agencies in Los Angeles; vice president of business development for the southwest region at TPI Promotional Marketing, a national promotions company; and as director of public affairs and communications for Polar Air Cargo, the third largest air cargo company in the world.
In the area of non-profits, Mr. Goyjer started the Prostate Cancer Research Institute. As chief operating and chief development officer, he developed a national organization with a budget of
$ 1 million and a database of 10,000 donors within two years. He is also one of the founding members of the Alzheimer’s Association, having served on the national and local Board of Directors. He was LA Chapter president from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Goyjer has a M.A. degree in Communication Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and a B.A. degree in Radio/TV/Film Broadcasting from San Francisco State University. He has also earned certificates from courses completed in labor relations from UCLA and in bank marketing from the Bank Marketing Association. He taught advertising and copy writing courses at Columbia College – Hollywood.

Florence L. Green, Executive Director, California Association of Nonprofits (CAN), has been a leader, consultant and trainer in the non profit community for over 30 years, working thoughout the United States and Australia. She has published several articles on fundraising, board development, planning, collaboration, and non profit management, and will soon publish a book on fundraising for public libraries. A former city planner, she is past president of both the CAN Board of Directors and the Nonprofit Management Association, (now the Alliance for Nonprofit Management), and was once the Director of Training at the Grantsmanship Center. She is a founder and current board member of the National Council of Nonprofit Associations and was the first woman elected to a city council in Kern County. Hosting Snaptours "City of Achievement" allows Derek to do exactly what he wants: publicize and assist people working to help the environment, people and wildlife. He started in 1976 as chief news anchor for Rhodesian TV and host of the live magazine show Frankly Partridge. He was a news anchor and interviewer with WKAT in Miami, Sky TV in London and FNN (now CNBC), where he wrote and presented 14 daily, half-hour newscasts. Derek has hosted TV series on health, medicine, law, finance, travel, religion, sports, and covered many environmental issues on his various talk shows. He has two Emmys for hosting PBS Specials.

Dr. John B. Orr is director of special projects for the Center for
Religion and Civic Culture at the University of Southern California.
In 1996, Orr co-founded the center with Donald E. Miller, and was
co-director until 1998. He has had a distinguished career at the
University of Southern California, serving as director of the School
of Religion, 1970-1981 and from 1990-1993, and dean of the
School of Education, 1981-1988. Since 1988, Orr has held the title
of University Professor. He has written extensively on various
topics in the fields of religion, education, and politics, including
essays and articles in Social Progress, Encounter, Church and
Society, Current, California Elementary Administrator, Educational
Theory, Mission Journal, Journal of Curriculum and Supervision, and
the Newsletter of the American Academy of Religion. Professor Orr
has had funded projects and grants from the National Endowment
for the Humanities, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Naslund
Research Fund, the Haynes Foundation, and the Lilly Foundation.
